There are two points on the outside of the lower leg and heel that he shows works for PMS cramping.
Sit down and cross one leg over the other, with the top leg calf meeting the bottom leg knee in a relaxed position.
The first point is at the ankle and is called the first aid point, which helps in many minor injuries. It's located just beneath your ankle bone on the outside of the foot.
The second point is on the outside of the leg halfway up the calf.
In the sitting position, place one hand underneath your ankle at the first point and the other hand underneath your calf at the second point. Hold them for approximately 10 - 20 minutes, but no longer than that. You may start to feel relief within a few minutes.
This is a very fast and effective method for getting rid of PMS cramps.
